Warnings and Waivers

All sales are final. When purchasing you agree to my terms and conditions and accept my grading scale. 

We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services for any reason with or without notice for any breach of our terms of service. 

Pins are package and shipped from a multi-pet household. Please do not buy if you have severe allergies to pet dander. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and agree to not hold our shop responsible for illness or injury resulting from such allergy. 

We use rubber pin backs on our pins. Please inform us if you have a latex or rubber allergy and we can switch the backings to metal and disinfect the needle. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and agree to not hold our shop responsible for illness or injury resulting from such allergy. 
All art used for pins was bought with rights for commercial use. 

We will not tolerate unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, or anything of that nature.

Orders 

When purchasing a preorder, you are agreeing to wait until the production of the pin is finished. This maybe take 4-8 months. If longer than 6 months, we will offer a refund only so that you may repurchase the pin for continued purchase protection.
By purchasing a preorder, you waive the right to process a chargeback or request a refund because you changed your mind or do not want to wait for production to finish. If you do so, you will be banned from ordering preorders from my shop and incur possible further penalties.
I reserve the right to make changes to the locations of effects from those listed in the preorder to better fit the pin design; however, the number of effects will remain the same. 


Shipping

Our current processing time is 5-7 days. Once shipped, shipping times will depend on chosen shipping method and shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are concerned about shipping, we offer insured shipping, which would guarantee a refund but not a replacement. We do keep some extra pins on hand to try and cover any shipping errors; however, a replacement is not guaranteed.

International buyers are responsible for all taxes and fees that may result from your order.

Shipping carriers hold all liability for any mail damaged in transit.

Please try to keep in hand and preorder purchases separate. If an in hand pin is ordered with a preorder, the order will not be shipped until all pins are in hand. 

Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds or replacements for Customer Induced Damage (CID) including but not limited to:
  • Scratches and dents
  • Misplaced/Lost/Stolen pins or rubber clutches
  • Damaged moving parts (applies to sliding, spinning or other moving pins)
  • Damaged pin attachments (applies to Pin on Pin designs, designs with accessories like chains or magnets, designs with gems)
  • Stolen packages (after delivery)

Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for a refund. Instead please look into other options such as trading or reselling your pin. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges as all sales are final.

Reselling

We request that you do not resell pins for more than the drop cost plus shipping for the first 30 days. Afterwards, feel free to do with it what you will, but we do encourage you not to resell for more than double drop price.

P4P pins must always be resold for drop price + shipping (dss).

We are not responsible for any trades made outside our shop before or after pin fulfillment.

We are not responsible for any damages or errors on pins bought on the second hand market. 

Violation of these rules will result in penalties.
